September 16, 1901, DeedBook 36, Page 109. William Wardwill sold to Ella S. Parker, wife of Leonard Parker, for $10 and other good and valid considerations, a lot of land bounded on the south by Croade St. and on the East by Cutler St.
August 17, 1914, Book 42, Page 354. Ella S Parker sold to Joseph and Mary Mendoza a lot with building. The property was owned by various members of the Mendoza family until 2003.
November 10, 2003, Book 507, Page 27. Joseph Mendoza estate sold the property to David C. Tarantelli and Jessica R. Cheney.
